Walter brings 30 years of experience in matters of corporate finance, tax, audit, operations, and mergers & acquisitions gained through private practice, and as a Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Audit Officer at Fortune 500 companies including Viacom, Pearson Plc, and AOL/Time Warner. He began his professional career in commercial banking with Bank of New England, is a graduate of Yale University (BA in Economics) and Suffolk University (MBA in Finance.) He is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and Professional Risk Managers' International Association.

Jim is a tax, audit and risk management expert, bringing over 40 years of experience gained at KPMG and in private practice to Inspectel. Jim has extensive experience in US and International Tax, SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and accounting for complex transactions. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, the CFA Institute, and the Boston Securities Analyst Society. Jim earned his BS in Accounting and MS in Taxation from Bentley University.
Gerald Wrynn, J.D., Director & General Counsel

Gerry brings over 20 years of extensive experience dealing with the Internal Revenue Service regarding the processing and audit of tax returns, at both the agent and appeals levels. Active in legal circles, Gerry is a member of the Probate and Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association and New York Bar Associations. He is also a frequent lecturer before numerous groups, corporations and associations regarding corporate taxation and estate planning. Gerry received his BS in Economics and J.D. from St. John's University.

Edward A. Terino
Mr. Terino brings over 30 years of finance, operations and technology experience to Inspectel. He is a director at several technology firms including S1 Corporation, Phoenix Technologies Ltd, Baltic Trading Limited, and SeaChange International. His corporate career includes Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Arlington Tankers Ltd, a publicly traded international seaborne transporter, where he successfully led the merger of Arlington with General Maritime Corporation in late 2008. From 1996 to 2005, Mr. Terino held Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer positions with several publicly traded enterprise software companies including Art Technology Group, Applix, Inc. and Celerity Solutions, Inc. Mr. Terino is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Novium Learning. He began his career with Deloitte & Touche, and earned a BS degree from Northeastern University and a MBA degree from Suffolk University.
Michael J. Mazzone, J.D.
Mr. Mazzone is a Partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP and is licensed to practice in both Texas and Massachusetts as well as in all of the federal courts in Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Mazzone is also a member of the American Arbitration Association’s National Panel of Arbitrators, and is regularly called on to preside over arbitrations. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, attended graduate school at the University of Michigan, and obtained his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston.
